This was my first time using any kind of 3D software so I'm quite happy with the outcome. We started by making a simple animated sequence which involved making shapes & changing their properties throughout the sequence. I got the hang of it pretty quickly and made a short looping animation of a vinyl record player - I began by modelling the different parts and then keyframing individual elements to create a sequence.
